I'm Kate Campbell a former Midwife with 20 years experience and founder of Keep mums Fit in 2007...I'm certainly no Guru but what I do offer is a wealth of Knowledge and experience supporting women through an exciting yet unpredictable time in their lives. 
From pre pregnancy exercise through to the 4th trimester (Post Birth) KMF offers a variety of classes, support networks, nutritional advice and 1-1 Personal Training care to ensure you are well informed, remain active and understand the importance of returning to exercise safely and progressively.
